1. Overview
Tivoo respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines our procedures for responding to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available through our service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include the following information:

4. Processing of Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Review the notice for completeness and validity
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the material (if applicable)
- Provide the user with an opportunity to submit a counter-notification
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located
6. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We may also terminate the accounts of any user who infringes intellectual property rights at our discretion.
7. Good Faith Requirement
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Do not make false claims. If you are unsure whether the material infringes your copyright, consider seeking legal advice before submitting a notice.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
